Access Issue: This is on the Skiatook WMA (Wildlife Management Area). ODWC Regulations must be understood and followed to visit this area.
Details
TLDR (Too Long, Didn't Read); This is government managed land, primarily purposed for hunting and fishing but also for climbers. Please be responsible, don't litter, don't make fires outside of proper campsites. But seriously, consider briefly reading the regulations referenced below. I even pointed out which small sections are important.
Please see the 2022/23 hunting regulations here:
wildlifedepartment.com/hunt…
The most relevant 2022/23 regulations are in the black box on page 52, the white box on page 55, and the Skiatook WMA entry on page 69. Every WMA has different regulations, fortunately, Skiatook WMA seems to have relaxed regulations and does not have any closed seasons or controlled hunts that would prohibit recreational access during certain times, however, I would personally advise against visiting during the first 9 days of deer gun season. In addition, a conservation passport is not needed for this area.
Hunting seasons are updated annually and can be found here:
wildlifedepartment.com/hunt…
Please be respectful of these regulations when visiting. Access is not guaranteed for climbers and could potentially be revoked. Our use group has a lesser priority, behind 2 other use groups: hunting/fishing and wildlife-oriented activities. Further questions can be directed at the Oklahoma Climbers Coalition on major social media platforms.

Description
Area to the south featuring a fun roof.
There is a lot of potential for first ascents here, but be careful as you assess the rock and be alert for anything loose.
