Getting There
From Interstate 95, take Delaware 52 N (Exit 7 going N from Delaware Memorial Bridge or south from Commodore Barry Bridge.) After nearly 2 miles, the road passes under an arching footbridge. Turn right at the following light onto Rising Sun Lane, then take the second right onto 19th Street. Park entrance is on your right.
Upon entering the park, follow the one way road (Tower Road) counter clockwise until you find the parking lot adjacent from Rockford Tower (Lookout Dr - 39.767142, -75.574551) The boulders are located on the hillside on the other side of Tower Road across from the tower. The trail down to the boulders is located directly across from the restrooms - 50' to the right of Canby Memorial.
