Description
If you want to climb out here it is going to be a big day. Most (all?) of the discovered rock is in the far northern edges along the yellow trail near the overlook. Do keep in mind that part of the yellow trail is closed for hunting all of November and December, so plan accordingly.
Getting There
It is a long walk to get out here no matter where you park. It is probably best to park at the Johnston Preserve trailhead ( goo.gl/maps/GMGPYne8d6Y7dqxU6) and explore Johnston and Jewett Preserve before heading out here. Or if you wanted a more chill day exploring some beautiful meadows, small streams, and cedar groves you could park off of MacIntosh Road ( goo.gl/maps/Sh7KyPoXtsWtJcueA) and hike in.
