You should probably mention "Climb Maryland!" By Mark 'Indy' Kochte in the guidebook section for Maryland. Even though it is out of print, copies can be found and are a valuable guide to the state's climbing opportunities.
Getting There Suggestion
From the west travel travel interstate 70 and find harpers ferry, one of the better places in Maryland to climb trad.
From the south, near D.C and annapolis, Find annopolis rocka which is high quality, then carderock and great falls Md. Side is some of the better climbing in maryland ans around the area.
From the north or east, Rock state park is the best place to check out off 924
