Description

Wide crack test piece. 1 short pitch of West Face Exum Ridge route, a 2nd short pitch to set up under the crack pitch. THE crack pitch, then 3 more pitches to the south ridge junction.

West face of the Grand Teton normal routes, see photo topo.

Protection

No pro for 18m! (We had #5 camalot and that wasn't even close!) or Valley Giant !  Or biggest BD cam.
Full chalk bag, sticky trousers. X.
1 set rack, with thin to hand size will be fine. Big cams will fit in the 1st pitch of the West Face of Exum Ridge.
