The state of Delaware has no world famous destinations, but if you're there and you want to climb outside, there are some fine local boulders and crags.

Alapocas Run State Park features a scenic roped climbing area.

Other climbing destinations mostly feature boulders. No doubt other areas will be established and developed over time.
